Giuseppe Lucchese

Looking for new challenges after serving more than 10 years in the mainframe arena with IBM, BURROUGHS, NCR and DEC, Giuseppe Lucchese decided in 1978 to join Vector International, a start-up company in the emerging microprocessor business and European Competence Centre for Intel, Microsoft and Digital Research.
In June 1981, Giuseppe founded the software house MICRO RESEARCH.
From the start, he took innovative routes by adopting the UNIX operating system and an open software approach, to develop solutions mainly for the public sector and the telecom industry – in close collaboration with Belgacom, creating on top, a business partnership with Motorola.
Diversification was implemented by setting up other companies, such as European Software Institute to provide training for the European Commission and software solutions related to environmental and safety issues for the chemical industry, andI.D.O. for multimedia and internet applications.
To consolidate his international business, Giuseppe forged partnerships with Alcatel, Ericsson, Eircom (Ireland), TPSA (Poland), PLDT (Philippines)…
Being a niche player in the ICT industry, Giuseppe’s main goals are

Jean-Michel Jadoul has more than 20 years of experience in network management solutions for the telecommunications industry. He has participated from the beginning in the development of Micro Research.
Jean-Michel is the Micro Research memory.
He has been fully involved in Micro Research partnership with Belgacom over the past 15 years.

Laurent d'Aries

With almost fifteen years of experience within varions sector of IT and telecommunications,
Laurent d'Aries acquired a large and in depth knowledge of ICT strategies and technologies.
Starting in IT support and moving towards project management, people management and finally top level management, he has worked for small size enterprises, international companies and public institutions.
Laurent d'Aries directs and manages computing and information technology stategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
Acting as MicroResearch CIO and Enterprise business manager, he is also responsible for IT, ECM and other related Enterprise projects. Also focusing on management of consultants, he assesses new computing technologies to determine potential value for companies.
