From 2003, Belgacom and MicroResearch have extended cooperation to service activation of Broadband services.

In 2001, MicroResearch has diversified its activities through the realisation of a database implementation project for the European Social Fund as well as through the participation in European R&D projects, more specifically in TRASCOM (TRaveller ASsistance for COmbined Mobility in regional areas).

From 2001, Belgacom and MicroResearch have extended cooperation resulting in transmission network management products both in the provisioning and the assurance chains.
 

In 1997, the First contract with Bemilcom was concluded. MicroResearch delivered a fault management platform for the Belgian Army's switching and transmission networks.

In 1996, MicroResearch has started cooperation with Alcatel.
The same year, MicroResearch has started exporting its solutions on the international market, resulting in contracts with prominent players of the telecom market such as TPSA, Swisscom, Eircom and PLDT.

In 1995, due to continuous growth, a new Development Centre is built in Namur (Belgium).

In 1986, MicroResearch has started partnership with Belgacom resulting in products for switching network management.

In 1983, First deliveries to Belgacom (Fault Management and Documentation System).

In 1981, MicroResearch is established, with headquarters in Brussels.
